We stayed at your hotel Crown Plaza Al Madinah for 6 nights and since we been received by the Bellman desk Mahmoud Saad and the reception Mohanad housekepping staff, restaurant staff were completly top ten and we were satisfied with their outstanding services, welcomed smile and ultimate assistance. We will reccomend your property to our friends, business partners in USA by California and Florida. Once again we extend our thanks and appreciation to all of you guys. location : 10 out of 10 we( myself and my wife ) felt at home, the location is excellent the staff in the restaurant were clean and nice, food very good, one thing I would like to mention the young lady ( the name is Wejdan ) I couldn't find a word to describe her , she is more than excellent she is much more than perfect please convey our regards , thanks, and our respect to her. and now we come to the front desk where our first contact with your Hotel, we were served by Renade ( we thought she is an angel ). In Australia, I work in the same industry and I know what to look for, but Renade ( from the guest desk )exceeded all expectations, she is : professional, well presented well spoken when always had a smile on her face and ready to help. please convey our best regards and thanks to her. to everyone thank you very much. we looking forward to see you again.

The check-in was smooth., so was the checkout. The staff at reception were very professional, helpful and supportive. Got a call everyday asking if all is fine with my stay. All my requests for housekeeping, towels, kettle etc were promptly responded to. The location is fabulous, 4 mins on foot to the Haram via gate 307 and the rooms clean. I will certainly consider re-visiting.

The location was perfect. Follow one straight road and you will have access to the gate to the prophets mosque. The staff were very accommodating and went beyond just to help us with our queries. Another bonus was the super fast Wi-Fi. Which saves me in my numerous meetings and video conferences. The overall location is a big factor with a Starbucks across and a nice cafe in the hotel. The shower was great with the perfect pressure to end your day. The concierge Mahmood S. and Mohammed Sajid were 11/10. They take pride in their work Alhumdulliah

I'm disabled & am extremely appreciative of the fact that the Crowne Plaza Madinah provided me a free wheelchair to use for the entire duration of our stay. It allowed me to visit the masjid & local shops easily. The hotel is also very wheelchair friendly.

Location: Very close to the prophet's mosque. 6-7 minutes walk to gate 302 and 303 Room: Very comfortable room and bathroom. Housekeeping and cleanliness levels are good Breakfast: Very good breakfast buffet. Special mention to staff members Nasir Ali and Punir Ahmed
