The ideal location - step out and in less than 2 minutes you are at the gumbaz- the Roza e Rasool! Exceptionally friendly staff- check in experience was fantastic- super sweet and Friendly Deema- when she realized we had booked 10 nights- gave us a complementary upgrade to 9th floor! Seamless easy check in, clean and welcoming facility. The housekeeping staff- Momin, Tanveer and rest of his charismatic crew never batted an eyelid- always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay super comfortable and memorable. Breakfast was lovely- Mr. Zeyard and the entire team were amazing- very accommodating, always smiling and respectful- and food was plentiful and delicious- Alhamdulillah. Overall an amazing experience in this CITY OF OUR BELOVED PROPHET ﷺ

The location for the men to enter Masjid Nabwi and for saying Salam is very near and it is also near the entry designated for Riyazul Jannah. The staff is helpful, specially Mr..Zahir Faraz at the restaurant and Mr. Farhat. I requested for a late check out and it was kindly accepted. The breakfast was very good

Everything that this hotel had to offer 2as phenomenal! While the surrounding area may not have much to offer, the hotel provides you with EVERYTHING you need. The staff are extremely hospitable. The food at the hotel was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had, given it was my first time in Saudi Arabia. The room was exactly what I asked for and more. The only complaint is that it is a bit of a driving distance to the downtown/Bayside area, but not enough of a drive that would ruin your experince/make you regret your stay. Absolutely amazing hotel and will be recommending it in the future 100%. 100/10.

The location is amazing in regards to getting to masjid Nabawi. Within 3 mins you can enter the masjid. For women the available gates are around 8 minutes past. For rawda access it is perfect. Wonderful hotel would recommend and would return.

The hotel is near the Masjid Nabawi and just about 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the male section of the holy mosque. Even though it is not as close to the female section, it's a reasonable walking distance to the female section as well. However, the hotel has exceptional value for money compared to other hotels nearby.

I loved the hotel facilities and assistance provided by front office/ reception by a man called Yousef Ahmed. His professionalism was next level and he went above and beyond to assist me and my friends and made our trip to Madinah memorable. I will definitely choose Crown Plaza again. Thank you Yousuf for your all assistance during our stay and I look forward to my next stay already.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit, very friendly and professional staff at the door and reception. The mini bus service to the Haram was amazing specially when it was raining. The kettle was broken and the help desk managed to arrange for a replacement within no time, same with providing things we needed it was provided to us very quickly.

The breakfast and dinner Buffet- Staff Zahirfarez were very nice and welcoming . He paid extra attention when I would go to eat . Please let Mr. Zahirfarez know my appreciation for his service. Also at the reception desk , the entire staff was very nice and helpful . My special attention went to reception desk staff Sara . She was always greeting me with professional and welcoming attitude. Please let her know that , I appreciated her help very much .
